Everyone has to face their own true self, even if it’s difficult to open up to such intimate vulnerabilities. Sometimes the face we put on for others is radically different than what we actually feel inside.

Still, there’s a quiet strength in one’s willingness to confront their own demons and fears. All of us are fighting individual battles with the darker corners of our minds. We have the power to connect over these shared struggles instead of further isolating ourselves.
